Domino building Wiki

Originating from the 2008 edition of Domino Day, the T-techniques is considered to be one of the fastest domino tricks. It is a module-based trick, which means that it is based on one set of dominoes, repeated to create a chain of the same manner.

In Domino Day 2008, sprinter Churandy Martina ran alongside different domino techniques, the regular domino setting, Sonimod, and this one. This technique came 2nd place with a time of 4.21 seconds (Hmm... Rubik's Cube WR?)

Appearing to be extremely simple, only 2 dominoes per module, the effect is unique and mesmerizing. The trick works using the principle of kinetic energy. Since the flat-facing dominoes are level, the energy will pass through them, causing them to topple at an alarmingly fast rate.
